Religion is devoted to the pursuit of individual style; lyrical

quotes, musical muses and British heritage have always been

heavy influences behind each collection. Inspiration from 

London’s east end and international street culture has been 

integral in shaping the brand’s much loved signature.


We are looking for a Fashion Sales Intern for our Shoreditch Showroom.

This placement will provide a valuable insight into the workings of a busy Showroom. The candidate will be working with buyers from independent stores and department and online businesses such as ASOS and Selfridges. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in fashion, a can-do attitude and an organised approach. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn.

•       Working in our Shoreditch Showroom – 5 days a week.
•       Helping with Appointments during the selling season
•       Placing and writing orders.
•       Inputting orders.
•       Researching potential stockists
•       Making sure the showroom always looks tidy.
•       Mid June – Mid August.

Denim Days

You just can't beat a good pair of skinnies. But classic indigo isn't enough these days - instead, make your pins stand out with an acid wash or colour pop. Read on for the need to know styles:

 

Denim is a go-to for every guy's wardrobe, and works a treat with a slouchy tee or tailored jacket. For classic colours in modern washes, we'd go for the Noize Jeans which have been best sellers in store. If it's colour you're after, go for the Manor Jeans, which come in soft tones or bold red or white.

We've got some amazing printed denim for SS13 including the stripy Sybil Jean or ripped Patience Jeans. But if you like your denims to be solid colour, the Guilty Jeans get revamped each season for the most up to date denim palette. Ember Glow, Smart Yellow and Dazzling Blue are the big hitters for SS13. Give it a few months and it will be shorts weather - when we'll be rocking the Tormented Shorts, in the same colors as Guilty.

Icona Pop: Face of Religion

Cast your mind back to Religion SS and AW12 and you'll be reminded or a female model with way cool hair and poses brimming with nonchalant attitude. When not moonlighting as the face of Religion, Aino is one half of Swedish music duo, Icona Pop.

Aino and Caroline started out on a sofa in Stockholm and it hasn't taken them long to get a USA tour, feature in groundbreaking HBO show Girls, all topped off with a place on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. They've played Madison Square Gardens, toured with the likes of Marina and the Diamonds and Passion Pit, conquered America and always spread Scandi joy wherever they go.

Their smash single with Charli XCX 'I Love It' will really get you going - watch it here. They recorded it while broke in London, then headed overseas, but now they're back. Read more and see their UK live dates here.
